Dear readers,
I am in New Hampshire i have been here for Two days. It was great yesterday me and my family went to our friends lake house it was awesome i...swam in the lake...went tubing...and got some mussels. Tubing is when you sit on a tube type thing and get pulled by a boat and me and thunder (the Kecks son) wiped out like five times it was AWESOME one time i fell off but i was still held on and was being pulled by the boatand my pants were at my knees...OOPS you should not know that. Any way... it was great and i had LOTS of fun...

Dear readers,
Yesterday something tragic happened my dog Basil died he suffered from an infectionof the brain and back. I loved him so much and I sobbed myself to sleep saying "I love you so much basil, i wish i could have spent more time with you"
But i have good memories with him.

                                        prologue

                                Hello, my name is Andrew and i live in
a land called(lands name) it was a place of peace until one
day Grahk took over then it became a world of fear and
chaos...



                                                             1


        I awoke to a hissing sound i opened my eyes and saw one of my worst enimies  Grahk standing over me i let out a scream of terror  and he put a dirty rag over my mouth  but he forgot to tie up my hands,so i got
out my dagger and sliced open his hand, this time it was his turn
to scream. Taking advantage of my time i took the dirty rag off of my
mouth and ran for it. But Grahk caught me around the
wrists i struggled to get away but he was too strong. suddenly a
piece of timber flew out of nowhere and knocked him out. I looked
around to see who saved me my mouth dropped open when i saw that it was
a girl. "don`t look so surprised." said the girl "can`t a girl save
someone for once?" but that wasn't why my mouth dropped open it was
because she was the most beautiful girl i had ever seen she had blond
hair in a ponytail, blue eyes ,red lips,a tank top on, jeans,dragon
hide boots, and a british accent so british you could hardly
understand her (most elves have a british accent, even me.)"come on we
don't have all day."she said,"oh my names Arryn" she said ,"what`s
yours?"  "A-A-Andrew" I managed to sputter out ."you act as if you`ve
never seen a girl before." She said," come on, lets go." And we
started off to the dirt road.




                                                            
Chapter 2
The boy seemed pretty freaked out.  As if he was scared of a timid old thing like me!  My name is Arryn.  "Andrew, huh?" I said with a calm smile.  "So, where you heading?" I asked. 
"I-I don't know." he sputtered.  I skipped ahead a little and turned around and started to walk backwards to inspect Andrew.  "So, you obviously have no idea where you need to go... maybe you can come with me to the Inn!  I have friends there, they can give us a free room or something to stay at." I said, looking at him up and down.  I stopped at his face.  Shaggy brown hair, bright green eyes, long wise face.  He looked quite handsome.  " O.K, if the Inn is the way you would like to go, it's just down the road, to your left, keep walking strait!  Ya can't miss it!" I said with a wink as I trotted off.  "Wait!" I heard the boy call after me.  I turned around.  "I'll meet you there!" I said.  He looked pretty lost, I rolled my eyes but jogged back up to him.  "Fine, I'll come with you!" I said.  He looked relieved.  I chuckled and said, "So, you had a hand in hand with whats his face?  Thats pretty cool!" I said with another one of my famous, soft smiles.  I ran my fingers through my hair until it caught on my ponytail holder.  "I hate putting my hair up." I said and pulled hard at the rubber band and it slipped from my hair.  My hair tumbled down my back, landing softly near my lower back.  Andrew looked awestruck.  "What?" I asked.  He shook his head and looked strait forward again.  "Not much of a talker, eh?" I asked.  Andrew smiled.  "It's just, you saved me from Grahk.  I can never be more grateful." he said.  I slapped my hand at the air.  "It was nothing, If I can wrestle down my house cat then I wrestle down anything!" I said with a goofy, ' I know I'm too cool' smile on.  "Hey, look!  We're almost there!" I said as I pointed at the many windowed building.  I grabbed his hand and broke out in a run.  "You run pretty fast!" I heard him say behind me.  "I'm an elf!  Aren't elves supposed to be agile?" I asked.  He shrugged and planted his feet firmly on the ground and also broke out into a run.



Chapter 3
We got to the inn a little later when they arrived the inn keeper let Arryn in and shut the door in my face. through the door I could hear her telling the inn keeper that I was with her then he let me in. It was a great place the floor was made of polished mahogony. He led us upstairs to our bunks. I was in room 6 and Arryn was in room 7. i got into bed and fell asleep without taking my clothes off....

i was in the dark and i heard a hissing sound and two red eyes appeared out of no where i was too scared to move i suddenly noticed the hissing was talking "hello" it said "i am hungry", suddenly two white fangs appeared and pierced my arm..

I woke in a cold sweat and remembered that i was at the inn. I went to breakfast a half an hour later and we ate breakfast and set out. I don`t remember too much of what happened all I know is that something came out of no where and hit me in the head and then every thing went dark...


chapter 4
I cocked my head. "Thats one weird dream." I said slowly. Andrew had just told me his dream. "What now?" I asked. Andrew shrugged and looked at me. "Wanna go down to the pond?" he asked. I smiled. "Sure!" I said in response. We got up and I put my hair up in a quick and messy bun. "Lets go!" I started running towards the pond down the road. I started to run backwards. "Come on slow poke!" he called to him. He was now about five yards away from me. It's true I'm pretty fast and hyper for an elf but so what? I slowed so much that we were now running along side each other. I reached for his wrist and started to drag him as I got faster. Eventually we were there, huffing and puffing and laughing. "Your pretty fast!" he told me. I shrugged and fell down. "Hey look! A fish!" I bent over the pond and watched the little baby fish swim about. Andrew sat down next to me and I sensed him lean over the pond. We sat there, watching the little fish swim back and forth. I sigh and smiled as I sat back. My blue eyes widened as I felt an icy hand close over my mouth. I tried to figure out who it was. I could hear Andrew gasp and then a hard kick and another gasp then nothing. All I could see was the pond in front of me. I closed my eyes and relaxed, hoping the hand would soon move but it didn't. Instead I felt a painful foot to the side of my head and I was out cold...


Chapter 5
I awoke to see Grahk standing over me I let out a scream and he gagged me with a dirtier cloth than last time, then he knocked me out again. I awoke and felt wet all over, uh oh I thought I was so scared that I wet my self I opened my eyes and I was in a river! And a waterfall was coming up on our ride next! I reached for my dagger so I could cut myself loose and guess what it wasn`t there but then I saw a sharp rock and I cut my binds. Then I went to find Arryn so I could cut her binds but I could not find her! Then suddenly I saw her blond hair coming up and I swam over and got her and swam to a rock that I could hold on to and rest. Then after a short rest I got up on the shore and pumped air into her stomach then she spit up some water and regained consciousness. She thanked me too many times to count and then we were off.



We traveled on the road until night time and then we made a camp. Then after a light meal of bread and deer and cheese we fell asleep under the stars.


chapter 6
I awoke feeling much more rested. I looked over. "Hey Andrew." I said with a yawn. I got up and dipped my feet and hands in the icy water. "Grahk. It had to be." I whispered. I sat down and washed my face. "Maybe I should go hunt real quick. I'm sure he wouldn't mind." I looked down on my sleeping friend and got up. I sprinted off to find a bear. When I can back I was holding only a rabbit and a deer. Andrew was still sleeping. "Wake up sleepy head!" I said, moving his head around with my foot. He groan and turned on his side. "Come on Andrew! Lets go!" I kicked him, not hard, but I still kicked him. He woke up with a grim expression on his face and he walked over to the river with his hand on the place where I kicked him. He groaned again and splashed his face. At this is bolted upright and shook his head like a dog. "Oh my gosh. That is FREEZING water!" he said so fast he practically spit it out. I giggled and set my catch down next to the black wood we used as firewood. "I caught some lunch while you were sleeping." I said quietly. He nodded and sat back down and rubbed his face. "When is lunch anyway?" he asked. "In about a half hour. What do you want to do until then?" I asked. His face lit up. "I know." he said excitedly.
